Concert Band Fee Information

 

HSEHS Concert Band fees are now due.  Your band student will be receiving a detailed charge sheet during band class very soon.  Please ask to see it.  Attached you will find from the band directors a sample of the charge sheet and information on the payment process.

No band fees?!?!

 

Your next year’s band fees cost you NOTHING out of pocket!

Well, that’s what it can be by working only 6-8 games at Lucas Oil Stadium!!!

You only have to work half the remaining dates and…POOF!!! Your out of pocket band cost is GONE!

The number of people required for each game has changed to 7 so sign up and reserve your spot now.

(Amounts from Lucas Oil stadium go into your Student’s account and can be used for appropriate Marching Band, Guard, Winter Percussion, Winter Guard, Band and other related fees.)

 
Royal Invitational Only Days Away!

Royal Invitational is this Saturday!

 

 

We are in desperate need of volunteers to work concessions and parking. These positions are imperative and need to be filled. Everybody wants to see the RCG perform so late shifts are very hard to fill. It would be appreciated if parents of freshman through junior RCG students could volunteer for some of these latter shifts so the senior parents could see their kids perform for the last time at the Invitational.

The 2014 Hamilton South Eastern Royal Invitational is this Saturday, September 20th.

Fee: $8.00 per person

$5.00 for students and Senior Citizens

Programs: $2.00

Parking Plan: Attached Below

Spectator Parking is accessible off 126th St.  (See parking attachment below)

Visiting bands will enter parking off of Olio Rd.

Volunteer Instructions:

We ask all volunteers (students and adults) to wear one of the following:

Royal Blue Band Shirt (Parade and Football Game Shirt)

or

If you don’t have the above shirt, please wear a Royal Blue HSE Shirt

The volunteer check in will be located at Door 12 to sign in. This is the door the band uses when going to and from the stadium. The hallway runs between the Leonard Auditorium and the band room. Please be punctual!

Volunteers will receive a lanyard and instructions for their respective position. A map will be available to show you where you need to report.

While “on the job,” please be courteous and helpful to all visitors. It’s our chance to show off the school and our Royal Pride!

Once you’ve been relieved by your replacement, please return to the Volunteer Check In, return your lanyard, and sign out. At that time students will receive a meal voucher.

Royal Invitational Volunteer Update

 

The Royal Invitational cannot be a success without parent support.  To those parents who have already volunteered - we thank you!!  But we are short several volunteers (87 at last count) and some donated items especially 10 x 10 canopies and propane gas.

There are still several areas and shifts we need parent help in especially later shifts and in the parking and concessions area.  If you haven't already, please volunteer for a shift somewhere - or two!  You can volunteer at http://www.hsehsbands.org/riregistration/
