Background Checks Necessary!

Rita has reported that many of the chaperone spots are filling at the last minute and for that we greatly thank you!  Just a reminder that per school corporation policy you MUST have a valid, current background check on file and have viewed the anti-bullying webinar no matter what volunteer position you are filling!  This goes for ALL chaperone positions: marching band/practice chaperones, concert band chaperones, helping with equipment, etc.   If you do not have a current background check on file please allow four business days for it to come to process.   If you have any questions on the process or if you're background check is still valid please contact Rita Keeling at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Again, we appreciate all of our volunteers more than we could ever say but we, understandably, have to follow the school policy guidelines on the background checks.  Thank you for both your understanding and all your help!

LOS Opportunities
Friday, 06 March 2015 14:45

Start working on offsetting your band fees now!

There are still two opportunities left this school year to work at Lucas Oil Stadium and earn money towards your 2015 RCG season now!  LOS is hosting the Final Four week-end and you could be there in the midst of it all enjoying the "Madness" while working concessions and earning towards those band fees!

Student account earnings update…

  • So far this year we have had over 40 adults/students participating in the Lucas Oil Stadium (LOS) fund raising.

  • Everyone who worked added an average of $80.00 to their student account each time they worked.

  • So far, working at LOS provided over $10,000 of funding for student accounts.

  • About 10 accounts made enough to completely cover their marching band fees with some extra for other fees.

  • Nobody had to go door to door to sell anything

  • People came to us to buy items

  • We worked hard and had fun

We still have two events with openings available. We especially need people for Stand Manager and Banker for each event.

Saturday April 4th NCAA (Non-alcohol event anyone 16 or over can work)

Monday April 6th NCAA (Non-alcohol event anyone 16 or over can work)
