Art Is Instrumental Poster is released...

Our very own Kassadra Moore -  one of our senior Drum Majors is on the poster. Kassadra is a wonderful role model for HSEHS with a 3.9 GPA, member of the National Honor Society and Student Council.  We are proud that she was selected to represent our school.

Once again we will be selling Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and DaSani water at the Royal Invitational on September 25th.  In order to make the concession stand a success, WE NEED YOUR HELP!

The Royal Guardians are sponsoring a contest!  We are asking for donations of 12oz canned Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and 16.9 oz. DaSani water bottles.

What to do:

1. Watch the grocery ads for sales on Coke products and 16.9oz DaSani water bottles.  Purchase by the case or 12 pack!  Whatever you choose!
2. Label the cases with your name and section.
3. Bring the cases to practice on September 13th, 14th, & 15th.

The section that brings in the highest average cans per person will have a FREE DINNER brought in for them on September 20th.

(Example:  If you sections brings in 144 cans, and you have 10 members in your section, your average per person is 14.4.)

Friday night the Royal Command & Guard performed at the HSE vs. Fishers football game.  While the football team is celebrating a huge victory, the band has also passed a milestone for this year with their first public performance.  Check out some photo on Northcraft:Photo.com.

The Royal Guardians are announcing a new student account fundraising opportunity that also helps support HSE athletics.  We have agreed to staff the concession stand at some football and basketball games and need volunteers to work at these events.  This is a great way to earn credit for your student account.  If you are interested in participating please register at:  Concession Registration.

The Royal Invitational is just a month away!  This event is one of the biggest fundraisers we do each year to help support all of the HSE Band programs and in order for it to be successful we need EVERYONE’s help.  We are expecting marching bands from all over Indiana with the potential of over 1000 spectators, it is critical that we have enough volunteers to support this event!  We are in need of adult volunteers to help out on Saturday, September 25th.

There are several choices of positions and times available.  Our goal is to have at least one parent (2 would be ideal) from each family volunteer for at least one position on the day of the event.  Don't be afraid to sign up for more than one shift - it takes over 200 volunteers to make the event successful.

Due to the first Monday of next month being Labor Day we have moved the Royal Guardian Meeting to Wednesday Sept. 8th at 7:00pm. We hope to see you there!!!

Below is the link to the all NEW Band Registration System.  This system is to be used by all Hamilton Southeastern High School Band Students.  You can register for Concert Band NOW.  When it is time to register for Winter Percussion, Winter Guard and other extra-curricular you will be able to use this same system.
