It is time to get your student registered! There are 3 steps to complete the registration.
Follow the steps below:

Click to go to Final Forms to complete your student’s health information and attendance policy form.
Note: If your student is already in Final Forms, just review and update their information. If this is your first time entering your student in Final Forms, you will need to create an account. Once parents complete their portion, the student will be emailed for them to sign off on it too. Your account will go GREEN once all components are complete.
