The Hamilton Southeastern High School Band Program is a group of dedicated students and staff striving for
excellence that compete annually in the Indiana State School Music Association contests and the Bands of
America Contests.
There are currently over 375 students involved in the 13 ensembles including five concert bands, the Royal
Command and Guard, Winter Percussion, Winter Guard, Jazz Band, and Pep Band. The band is continuing to
pursue corporate sponsorships to help offset the costs associated with operating a top-rate band program.
The students, parents, teachers, and employees take great pride in the HSE High School Band Program. The
band program instills discipline, work ethic, music appreciation, fitness, camaraderie, and respect to all students
that are involved. The graduates of the HSE HS Band program are highly respected and considered leaders.
Each year, the HSE HS Band Program ensembles attend over 65 events around Indiana and occasionally out of
state. Each event attracts thousands of spectators who will be exposed to your company partnership.
The HSE HS Band Program corporate sponsorship has three levels of participation, Platinum, Gold and
Silver. All levels are based on contribution amounts and on an HSE HS school year (July – June). Some of
the exposure a corporate sponsor could expect is as follows:
Newsletters
A weekly newsletter distributed to parents and students. It keeps them up to date on upcoming band events, rehearsals, and performance schedules. (Approx. 350 subs)
Sponsor Banners
Corporate sponsors in the Gold category and above are recognized on banners hung outside the HSE HS Football Stadium obtaining significant community exposure.
Performance Program
HSE HS Band Department produces a program for each school performance event that is considered a keepsake. Sponsors will be recognized in the event programs.
Other
HSE HS band sponsors and/or participates in a variety of school sporting events, school activities, daily practices, community parades, various fundraising events and much more. These events draw large crowds, thus providing significant additional exposure for our corporate sponsors.

to know more about the program (averages 1,785 unique visitors and 3,000 visits per month).
